Solar Outlook website subscription terms
Version 15 October 2026. Keep this copy with your payment receipt.
Website subscriptions are initially available to UK residents purchasing from the UK. A country check and your residence confirmation are required before checkout. Solar Outlook Plus costs £1.49 per month or £7.99 per year in GBP. The yearly amount is charged upfront. Website subscriptions are sold by Simon Grogan as an individual. His business contact address is 3 Hillside View, Bretford, Warwickshire, CV23 0LA. Simon is not VAT registered. The displayed price is the amount you pay; no VAT is charged. There is no trial. The minimum billing period is the month or year you select, with automatic renewal for the same period until cancelled.
Sign in to the website and the compatible Solar Outlook app with the same email. Check for an existing store subscription before starting a website subscription. A website payment gives access through the linked account; older app versions without email sign-in cannot use it. Internet access is needed to verify a purchase and obtain new forecasts.
Stripe hosts checkout and payment management. Parts of checkout or payment correspondence may name Simon’s existing Munro Planner merchant account. Simon Grogan is the seller of your website subscription. Spatial Terrain Limited provides the app and its other services. Check the plan, price and email before confirming payment. Checkout and these terms are available in English. You can save or print these terms for your records.
Plus provides solar forecasts up to 14 days ahead where weather data is available, tailored to your panel setup and terrain. Weather, shading, equipment limits and changing conditions affect generation. Forecasts are estimates. The app needs a compatible phone and an internet connection for new forecasts and purchase checks. Support for equipment varies by model, firmware and platform. Most local readings and today and tomorrow’s forecasts remain free.
Cancellation and refunds
To stop website renewal, sign in at Your subscription, choose Manage subscription and cancel before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Removing the app does not cancel renewal. Deleting your cloud account cancels its website subscription and removes account access. App-store subscriptions must be cancelled in the store.
You can request cancellation and a full refund of an initial website subscription within 14 days of purchase by emailing simon@solaroutlook.co.uk. Include your account email and purchase date; leave out card details. Access can begin immediately, and using it during this period does not remove this refund option. A full refund ends the refunded website access and stops future charges. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Your statutory rights, including remedies for a service that fails to meet legal requirements, remain unaffected.
For other refund requests, contact us with the account email, purchase date and what went wrong. Google Play and App Store refunds follow their respective store processes and your statutory rights.
