Request equipment support

In Solar Outlook, open Settings, then Help support a device. Choose the equipment, review the report and tap Upload report. If possible, add its printed brand and model. Keep the upload reference if you contact us. Anyone can request support; a subscription is not required.

A compatibility report helps identify the Bluetooth interface. It does not guarantee support. Some protocols still require a manufacturer's documentation, further testing with the owner or access to physical equipment.

Subscription help

Use Restore purchases in Solar Outlook Plus while signed into the Google Play account that purchased the subscription. Use Manage subscription to change or cancel it in Google Play. Do not send payment details, passwords or Bluetooth security keys by email.
